Keep an Eye Out For Your Neighbor!

Recently one of our neighbors had their home broken into. Unfortunately, Bullrun is not an oasis from crime. However, we can continue to keep such occurrences low if we all keep a watch over our neighborhood.

It's The Leash You Can Do!

Just a reminder to our four-legged furry friends. When you go out for some exercise, don't forget to take your leash and owner with you. With your owner along, you are less likely to "Accidentally" knock over a trashcan or frighten other Bullrun residents (two and four legged.) You may also wish to remind them to bring along something to pick up anything you might leave behind! If you are having trouble vocalizing this need to your owner, just point to article XIII, section 4 of the bylaws, or article X, section 2. Of the declaration.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

Can you lend a hand to your community? We need volunteers in the following areas.

Secretary, Board of Directors.

Field Committee Members.

Landscape Committee Members.

Recreation Committee Members.

If you are interested, please contact John Estey @ 503-669-0118, or the chairperson of the committee you are interested in serving on. Volunteers are the backbone of our community and are vital to making this homeowners association work! Please consider helping out any way you can.
