Bullrun is a Planned Unit Development of 153 townhomes built in phases in the 1970's. It is governed by a volunteer board
of directors, elected by the homeowners, and under the terms of its declaration, bylaws and board policies. The association
employs a paid manager to tend to day to day operations, collection of monthly assessments, and book keeping, among other
duties.
